John – married 38 years, 3 adult children; Joy & Ryan Pryor, Matthew and James & Erin. 5 grandchildren – Makaila, Kaden, Karlie and Clayton Pryor and Jackson De Lange (they keep me young and laughing).
Background:
Born in Santa Cruz, CA and lived in the Bay area all my life. Attended Northwest Christian College. Have lived in Scotts Valley since 1985. Worked with Fred for 11 years in ministry.
When you’re off the GBC campus what would we find you doing?
Enjoying my grandchildren. Walking in the sunshine. Reading. I also love to travel and play around in our motor home with the family.
What is your passion?
My heart beats for discipleship. I really like to stir up the gifts that women have and encourage them with opportunities to trust God in everything. What can be more exciting than to see believers growing in Christ and understanding what it means to walk by faith. As we share this journey together we fall in love with Jesus and our friendships grow. Jesus not only changes our lives, but changes our days through His grace, truth and love. There’s nothing better than living fully for Christ.
